# Cancellation Policy
**Royal Nuts** is an online store offering dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and healthy food products to customers across India.
## Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order **before the order has been packed or dispatched**.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, is out for delivery, or has been delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, any eligible issue will be handled according to our **Return, Replacement & Refund Policy**.
## Cancellation by Royal Nuts
Royal Nuts may cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
* Product or stock unavailability
* Incorrect product pricing or listing information
* Payment failure or payment verification issues
* Non-serviceable delivery location
* Incomplete or incorrect customer information
* Orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed using unauthorized payment methods
* Repeated orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible refund will normally be processed to the original payment method where possible.
## Refund After Cancellation
For approved prepaid order cancellations, refunds are generally processed within the applicable refund timeline after cancellation is confirmed. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, UPI service, payment gateway, or other payment provider.
Cash on Delivery orders may generally be cancelled before packing or dispatch, subject to the current order status.
